Frequently Asked Kitten Questions
Will you ship your kittens?
No, we require all owners to pick up their new kittens in person. There are no exceptions. We will however meet you at the Indianapolis International Airport for you to fly in and pick up your kitten. In some cases we might be able to deliver your kitten for an additional fee.
What payment methods will you take?
At this time we are limiting payment methods to paypal through this website and cash in person payments at time of pick-up for kittens only if prior arrangements have been made. Under no condition will we accept checks, money orders, or iou's.
What if I need a health certificate to fly with my kitten?
Please let us know prior to placing your deposit if you will be requiring a health certificate. It is a special Veterinarian appointment and can take a few days to arrange. In addition, you will be required to pay the additional fees associated with the visit.
Are the kittens vet checked?
Yes, we make sure every kitten is vet checked prior to leaving us.
Can I see more pictures of the kittens?
Of course you can, but please be aware the most current pictures are the ones on the website. It may take a bit of time for us to take new pictures.
Can I visit your facilities?
Yes, you can visit. But as we operate out of our home and do not currently, it's in the works, have an official kennel space. We do require you to make an appointment or arrange to meet with us and the kitten elsewhere. In addition, we do not allow anyone to handle a kitten who is under 6 weeks old or one who has not had a minimum amount of vaccines. If the kitten in question has met these requirements and you do get to meet the kitten, please do not place the kitten on the ground without asking us first. This is all in effort to protect the young kitten and its fragile immune system.
What if I have a question?
I would be pleased to talk to you about my favorite subject, kittens. But, in order to not take away from family time please try to contact us between 9 am and 9 pm. Visit the contact page for my phone number or fill out the form located on this page and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
If I choose to buy a kitten for a pet, do I get papers?
No, if you choose pet pricing you will not get papers. A limited registerable paper might be available.
What if I put down a deposit but change my mind about having a kitten?
All deposits are non-refundable, due to the money being used for the care, feeding, training, vaccines, wormings, fecal testing, and Vet visits. Please make certain you truly want and can care for a kitten, before placing a deposit.
What about Payment Arrangements?
Payment Arrangements are very limited, and are not guaranteed. They will be offered on a case by case basis. Feel free to inquire.
What about Pet Nannies?
If you choose to use a pet nanny. You are responsible to make all arrangements and pay for the pet nanny yourself. It will also be required that you pay for your kitten 1 week prior to pick up date and sign your contract electronically. Please note, we cannot guarantee the health, safety, and security of your kitten once it has been handed off to a 3rd party. So any health guarantee is voided if you choose to use a pet nanny. The nanny will need to be checked out by us as well. If we deem them unsuitable or unsafe, you will be notified, and have the ability to choose someone else within 2 days. Or the sale will be terminated and your deposit will be forfeited. They will need to provide id and you will need to send me their name, phone number, and name of their company, when you sign your contract.
